We are called to be the light
First with who we are then with what we do, we meant to lit up wherever we are.
Don’t be mistaken …
It doesn’t matter how powerful the light is.
I love how my dearest friend Ruthie puts it…
‘weather we are lighting up a street or hanging on a ceiling in a ballroom, or we are a small candle illuminating in a small hut, we are still fulfilling what we are called for.’
The problem lies when we underestimate what we have to offer. It lies when comparison grips us, aiming to dim away our unique light.
Let’s all make a decision to shine our lights with no attention to size and number. Our focus is to protect it from sudden winds around us and to shine it with utter pride.
Together we can lit up this world.
